Covered Stock definition

Covered Stock means the Common Stock subject to an Award.
Covered Stock means the Restricted Stock and the Schedule II Common Shares.

More Definitions of Covered Stock

Covered Stock means the Shares (as defined in the Stock Purchase Agreement), and any and all other shares of the capital stock of Anterios that may be acquired by Pacific pursuant to any conversion, exchange, stock dividend, split, combination or other recapitalization in connection with or affecting the Covered Stock occurring after the date of this Agreement.
