Options and Other Rights. The Servicer shall be authorized to take such action as it shall deem reasonably necessary or appropriate with respect to:
(a) The exercise by any Lessee or other party of any option or right affecting the applicable Aircraft Asset or the applicable Lease, consistent with the terms of any such option or right; and
(b) The exercise on behalf of any Person within AerCo Group of any right or option that such Person may have with respect to any of the Aircraft Assets or the Leases, but subject to any directions in that respect which may previously have been issued by AerCo.
Options and Other Rights. The Servicer shall if requested by the Customer, advise the Customer with respect to:
(i) the exercise by the Lessee or any other party of any option or right affecting the Aircraft or the Lease, consistent with the terms of any such option or right; and/or
(ii) the exercise by the Customer of any right or option that the Customer may have with respect to either the Aircraft or the Lease.
Options and Other Rights. There are no outstanding options, warrants, or rights to subscribe for, purchase, or receive shares of its common stock or any other securities convertible into common stock.
Options and Other Rights. (a) The Servicer shall take such action as it shall deem reasonably necessary or appropriate with respect to the exercise by any Lessee of any option or right affecting any Asset according to the terms of the related Asset Document; and
(b) The Servicer is authorized to take such action as it shall deem reasonably necessary or appropriate with the approval of WEST if so required by Section 7.06 or any other Person in the Serviced Group or, if time is of the essence, without such approval, with respect to the exercise on behalf of any Person within the Serviced Group of any right or option that any Person within the Serviced Group may have with respect to any of the Assets provided that such exercise is in accordance with the terms of the relevant Asset Document.

There are no outstanding options, warrants, agreements, calls, conversion rights, exchange rights, preemptive rights or other rights to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire, or any other agreements or commitments of any character relating to the sale, issuance or voting of, any shares of capital stock of the Company, whether issued or unissued, or any securities convertible into or evidencing the right to purchase any shares of capital stock of the Company.

(b) The Servicer is authorized to take such action as it shall deem reasonably necessary or appropriate with the approval of WEST if so required by Section 7.06 or any Subsidiary or, if time is of the essence, without such approval, with respect to the exercise on behalf of WEST or any Subsidiary of any right or option that WEST or any Subsidiary may have with respect to any of the Engine Assets provided that such exercise is in accordance with the terms of the relevant Engine Document.

Options and Other Rights. The Company, each Subsidiary and each Stockholder shall use its or his best efforts to cause each person or entity which holds options, warrants or other rights or securities exercisable for or convertible into shares of any class of equity security of the Company or any Subsidiary to agree to the termination or cancellation of such rights or securities pursuant to a written agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Buyer and its counsel.
Options and Other Rights. Schedule 4.10 hereto sets forth the names of all other persons or entities having warrants, options, puts, calls, registration rights, preemptive rights and/or other rights or obligations of any kind to acquire, receive, convert or exchange shares of Common Stock or other equity interests of the Corporation, including a brief description of such rights and the exercise prices thereof.
Options and Other Rights. In the event that, during the term of this Agreement, rights or options shall be issued by the Company in connection with the Collateral, then the Secured Party shall have a security interest in such rights and options; and all such rights and options shall become part of the Collateral.
