  • A CP Confirmation Notice shall be deemed properly given if sent to the address of such Party set forth below via nationally recognized overnight courier.

Related to CP Confirmation Notice

  • Confirmation Notice means a notice provided by the Issuer to an Investor in accordance with clause 1.3(c) of the Terms;
