CPI Fees definition

CPI Fees means a fee, currently equal to ten percent (10%) of Session Fees, charged for a particular Session. CPI Fees are charged by CPI in exchange for its collection and processing of Session Fees on behalf of Subscriber. CPI will provide Subscriber with thirty (30) days prior written notice (which may include, without limitation, notice provided by CPI through its regular newsletter to Subscriber) of any increase in CPI Fees.
CPI Fees means a fee, currently equal to ten percent (10%) of Session Fees, charged for a particular Session. CPI Fees are charged by CPI in exchange for its collection and processing of Session Fees on behalf of Subscriber. The percent at which the CPI Fees are determined will not change during the Term of the Agreement; however, CPI will provide Subscriber with forty-five (45)) days prior written notice (which may include, without limitation, notice provided by CPI through its regular newsletter to Subscriber) of any increase in CPI Fees at which the increase will take affect during Subscriber’s next Term or Renewal Term. Should Subscriber not agree to this increase, Subscriber may terminate this Agreement without penalty by providing written notice to CPI. “Net Session Fees” means the total amount of Session Fees collected on behalf of the Subscriber by CPI, less CPI Fees and Taxes, if any, required by law to be collected by CPI from Users in connection with the use of Charging Stations. Except as required by law, Subscriber shall be responsible for the payment of all Taxes incurred in connection with use of Subscriber’s Charging Stations.

Examples of CPI Fees in a sentence

  • In exchange for CPI collecting Session Fees on behalf of the Subscriber, the Subscriber hereby authorizes CPI to deduct from all Session Fees collected: (i) CPI Fees and (ii) to the extent required by Section 3, applicable Taxes.

  • Provided, Town shall pay the CPI Fees to CPI based on the greater of the Monthly Charges in effect on the Effective Date of this Agreement or the Monthly Charges in effect at any time after the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • Tax Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees determined by the Council in terms of section 27;

  • Impact Fees means those fees imposed so that developments bear a proportionate share of the cost of public facilities and service improvements that are reasonably related to the impacts and burdens of the Project, adopted pursuant to Morgan Hill Municipal Code Chapter 3.56 and California Government Code Section 66001 et seq.

  • User fees or "tolls" means the rates, tolls, fees, or

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Upfront Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Late Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Facility Fees has the meaning provided in Section 2.11(a).

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;

  • Transaction Fees means fees paid or payable by the Service Recipients, which are on market terms, with respect to financial advisory services ordinarily carried out by investment banks in the context of mergers and acquisitions transactions;

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Program Fee As defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.
