CPI Rent Review Date definition

CPI Rent Review Date means a rent review date specified in item 7 of the Schedule as a “CPI Rent Review”;
CPI Rent Review Date means each of the dates specified in Item 7(a);
CPI Rent Review Date means each anniversary of the Commencement Date during the Term other than each anniversary which is a Crown Land Rent Review Date;

Examples of CPI Rent Review Date in a sentence

  • Previous CPI means the Consumer Price Index most recently published before the Rent Review Date, if there was one, immediately preceding the relevant CPI Rent Review Date, or the Commencement Date, if there was no previous Rent Review Date.

  • The Rent will be reviewed on each CPI Rent Review Date to determine the rent ( New CPI Rent) to be paid from that CPI Rent Review Date until the next following Rent Review Date, if there is one, or Termination and the New CPI Rent will be the Rent payable immediately before the relevant CPI Rent Review Date, multiplied by the Current CPI and divided by the Previous CPI.

  • The Rent payable after a CPI Rent Review Date will not be less than the Rent payable before that CPI Rent Review Date.

  • Current CPI means the Consumer Price Index most recently published before the relevant CPI Rent Review Date.

  • CPI Rent Review Date means each date specified as a CPI rent review date in Item 9 and Item 14 of Schedule 2, as applicable.

Related to CPI Rent Review Date

  • Review Date means the date specified in the written statement as the date on which the pitch fee will be reviewed in each year, or if no such date is specified, each anniversary of the date the agreement commenced; and

  • Annual Base Rent means the business’s annual lease payment minus taxes, insurance and operating or maintenance expenses.

  • Annual Fixed Rent See Exhibit A, and Section 3.1.

  • Rent Schedule means a written schedule for the Mortgaged Property showing the name of each tenant, and for each tenant, the space occupied, the lease expiration date, the rent payable for the current month, the date through which rent has been paid, and any related information requested by Lender.

  • Base Rental means the sum of Seven Hundred Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Eight and NO/100 Dollars ($719,268.00), payable by Tenant to Landlord in sixty (60) monthly installments as follows:

  • Base Rent As defined in Section 3.1.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Basic Rent Payment Date means the Delivery Date, and the numerically corresponding day in each calendar month thereafter during the Term, and if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding calendar day which is a Business Day.

  • Lease Year means each consecutive twelve-month period beginning with the Commencement Date, except that if the Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, then the first Lease Year shall be the period from the Commencement Date through the final day of the twelve months after the first day of the following month, and each subsequent Lease Year shall be the twelve months following the prior Lease Year.

  • Base Term Beginning (i) with respect to the Original Premises on the Commencement Date, and (ii) with respect to the Expansion Premises on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, and ending with respect to the entire Premises on August 31, 2024.”

  • Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Open Market Rent means the yearly rent which one would expect to be payable if the Property were let as a whole in the open market at the relevant Open Market Review Date:

  • Percentage Rent As defined in Subsection 3.1(b).

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Rent Commencement Date means [Insert date or description] or any later date calculated in accordance with paragraph 3.3 of Part 5 of the Schedule;

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Net Rent means all rental Landlord actually receives from any reletting of all or any part of the Premises, less any indebtedness from Tenant to Landlord other than Rent (which indebtedness is paid first to Landlord) and less the Re-entry Costs (which costs are paid second to Landlord).

  • Framework Commencement Date means [insert date dd/mm/yyyy];

  • RENT ADJUSTMENT Any amounts owed by Tenant for payment of Operating Expenses. The Rent Adjustments shall be determined and paid as provided in Article Four.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Basic Rent means Basic Rent as defined in Paragraph 6.

  • Commencement Date or Handover Date means the date on which the Licensed Space of first lot of stations as per Annexure 1 is handed over by DMRC to the Selected Bidder, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

  • Lease Period means each of the consecutive periods throughout the Basic Term and any Renewal Term ending on a Lease Period Date, the first such period commencing on and including the Delivery Date.

  • Annual Renewal Date means the date in any calendar year, subsequent to the year in which the Policy comes into effect, corresponding numerically with the Policy Commencement date in that subsequent year.
