CREATE Act definition

CREATE Act shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.5.
CREATE Act means the Cooperative Research and Technology Enhancement Act of 2004, 35 U.S.C. § 103(c)(2)-(c)(3).

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is a joint research agreement (JRA) as defined in the CREATE Act.
