Creator definition

Creator has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(d).
Creator means the person or persons who creates, conceives, designs, discovers, develops, invents or authors Intellectual Property.
Creator means a Member of the University whose creative activity results in the development of Intellectual Property. As used in this policy, the term “Creator” also includes groups of researchers, authors or inventors whose joint efforts produce Intellectual Property.

More Definitions of Creator

Creator means a member of the Georgia Tech faculty, staff, or student body who makes an invention, as defined under U.S. patent law, or who participates in the creation of a copyrightable work, under US copyright law, or both.
