Creator Related Rights means the right to receive services, coupons, merchandise, preferred terms, exclusive Content or other benefits from the article as more specifically set out in the Special Terms.

Examples of Creator Related Rights in a sentence

  • You agree and acknowledge that some services under this Agreement such as payment of Royalty Rights and providing Creator Related Rights shall be provided by the Artists via the Seller.

  • Any transfer of other rights (such as the Royalty Rights or the Creator Related Rights) shall necessarily require the transfer of the Token in the manner as set out in this Agreement.

Related to Creator Related Rights

  • Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.

  • Group Grievance is defined as a single grievance, signed by a Xxxxxxx or a Union Representative on behalf of a group of employee who have the same complaint. Such grievances must be dealt with at successive stages of the Grievance Procedure commencing with Step 1. The grievors shall be listed on the grievance form.

  • Health status-related factor means any of the following factors:

  • Investor Relations Activities means any activities, by or on behalf of the Company or a shareholder of the Company, that promote or reasonably could be expected to promote the purchase or sale of securities of the Company, but does not include:

  • Veteran means an individual who served in the uniformed services and who was discharged or released from the uniformed services under conditions other than dishonorable.

  • Irregularity in testing administration means the failure to administer an examination in the manner intended by the person or entity that created the examination.
