Credit Monitoring Costs definition

Credit Monitoring Costs means reasonable fees, costs and expenses incurred with the prior written consent of the Insurer for the monitoring services of identity or credit theft including the purchase of identity theft insurance for a period of 12 months from the date of any Data Liability Event.
Credit Monitoring Costs means costs necessarily incurred within a 12-month period of a Privacy Breach in order to procure monitoring Services for accounts affected by an Privacy Breach.

  • Defence Costs and Expenses 3.1 Defence Costs and Expenses, Privacy Forensic Costs, Privacy Investigation Costs and Credit Monitoring Costs which are included within the Limit of Indemnity.CYBER - DEFINITIONSNotwithstanding the General Definitions of this Policy, the words defined below will have the following special meanings wherever they appear in bold letters within this Section.

  • The Cyber Management Deductible shown in the Schedule of this endorsement applies to Cyber Management Expenses, Damages, Credit Monitoring Costs and Claim Expenses incurred in each Network Security Breach, Privacy Violation or Interrelated Breaches/Violations.

  • The Retentions, shown in the Schedule of this endorsement, apply to Cyber Management Expenses, Damages, Credit Monitoring Costs, Claim Expenses, Extortion Payments, Business Income and Extra Expenses or First Party Loss incurred in each Network Security Breach, Privacy Violation, Interrelated Breaches/Violations, Extortion Demand, Exploit or Network Impairment.

  • So, for all the reasons given above, and summarised in paragraphs 9 to 11 of this judgment, I would dismiss this appeal.

  • Credit Monitoring Costs means fees and expenses reasonably incurred by the Insured, and which they are legally required to provide, to pay for credit monitoring services opted for by Data Subjects following a Data Liability Event for a period of 12 months from the date first offered by the Insured, such offer being made no later than 12 months after the Data Liability Event.

  • Credit Monitoring Costs means reasonable fees, costs and expenses for the monitoring services of identity or credit theft including the purchase of identity theft insurance for a period of 12 months from the date of any Data Liability Event, Network Security Event, or Business Interruption Event, or as required by any legislation.

Related to Credit Monitoring Costs

  • Administrative Costs means all costs and expenses associated with providing notice of the Settlement to the Settlement Class and administering and carrying out the terms of the Settlement.

  • Financing Costs means for each calendar day the product of:

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Administrative Fee is defined in Section 4.1(a).

  • Administrative Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Restructuring Costs means the costs, including both direct and indirect, of restructuring activities. Restructuring costs that may be allowed include, but are not limited to, severance pay for employees, early retirement incentive payments for employees, employee retraining costs, relocation expense for retained employees, and relocation and rearrangement of plant and equipment. For purposes of this definition, if restructuring costs associated with external restructuring activities allocated to DoD contracts are less than $2.5 million, the costs shall not be subject to the audit, review, and determination requirements of paragraph (c)(4) of this subsection; instead, the normal rules for determining cost allowability in accordance with FAR Part 31 shall apply.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the portion of the aggregate amount of all Capital Expenditures of the Borrower for such period attributable to maintenance of property, plant or equipment of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, as determined in good faith by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Credit means the credit paid to Generation Owners pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 114. Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate:

  • Broken Funding Costs means for any Purchaser Interest which: (i) has its Capital reduced without compliance by Seller with the notice requirements hereunder or (ii) does not become subject to an Aggregate Reduction following the delivery of any Reduction Notice or (iii) is assigned under Article XIII or terminated prior to the date on which it was originally scheduled to end; an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (A) the CP Costs or Yield (as applicable) that would have accrued during the remainder of the Tranche Periods or the tranche periods for Commercial Paper determined by the Agent to relate to such Purchaser Interest (as applicable) subsequent to the date of such reduction, assignment or termination (or in respect of clause (ii) above, the date such Aggregate Reduction was designated to occur pursuant to the Reduction Notice) of the Capital of such Purchaser Interest if such reduction, assignment or termination had not occurred or such Reduction Notice had not been delivered, over (B) the sum of (x) to the extent all or a portion of such Capital is allocated to another Purchaser Interest, the amount of CP Costs or Yield actually accrued during the remainder of such period on such Capital for the new Purchaser Interest, and (y) to the extent such Capital is not allocated to another Purchaser Interest, the income, if any, actually received during the remainder of such period by the holder of such Purchaser Interest from investing the portion of such Capital not so allocated. In the event that the amount referred to in clause (B) exceeds the amount referred to in clause (A), the relevant Purchaser or Purchasers agree to pay to Seller the amount of such excess. All Broken Funding Costs shall be due and payable hereunder upon demand.

  • Clearing Costs means all of the Investor’s broker and Transfer Agent fees. “Clearing Date” shall be the date on which the Investor receives the Put Shares as DWAC Shares in its brokerage account.

  • Consolidated Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the aggregate amount of expenditures for additions to property, plant, and equipment that are not Consolidated Expansion Capital Expenditures.

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Related Expenses means any and all costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, without limitation, losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, reasonable attorney's fees, legal expenses, judgments, suits and disbursements) reasonably incurred by, or imposed upon, or asserted against, Lender in any attempt by Lender:

  • Closing Costs means, collectively, all initial costs and fees that identified above and in Section 16 that Seller agrees to pay to Buyer as consideration for agreeing to enter into this Agreement.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Administrative cost means a fee imposed to cover:

  • Incremental Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient’s implementing agencies on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, advertising, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance costs, travel and supervision costs, and salaries of supporting staff, but excluding salaries of officials of the Recipient’s civil service.
