Creditor Bank definition

Creditor Bank means the financial institution where the account of the Creditor is held and which has agreed with the Creditor about the terms and conditions of a product base on the SEPA Core Direct Debit Procedure.
Creditor Bank means the financial institution where the account of the Creditor is kept and which has entered into an agreement with the Creditor in relation to the terms and conditions of a product based on the SEPA Core Direct Debit Procedure.

  • Finance Parties means the Agents, the Arrangers, the Bookrunners, the Security Trustee, the Lenders and each Hedge Counterparty and “Finance Party” means any of them.

  • Creditor Party means the Agent, the Security Trustee, the Swap Bank or any Lender, whether as at the date of this Agreement or at any later time;

  • Secured Lender means a lender under a Secured Lender’s Security Agreement.

  • Eye bank means a person that is licensed, accredited, or regulated under federal or state law to engage in the recovery, screening, testing, processing, storage, or distribution of human eyes or portions of human eyes.

  • Agent Bank means, in relation to a Series of Securities, the entity (if any) appointed as such under the Agency Agreement and as specified in the Issue Terms.

  • Secured Party as used in this Annex means only Party B, (b) the term “Pledgor” as used in this Annex means only Party A, (c) only Party A makes the pledge and grant in Paragraph 2, the acknowledgement in the final sentence of Paragraph 8(a) and the representations in Paragraph 9.

  • Junior Creditor means any Defaulting Bank which has not (x) fully cured each and every default on its part under the Loan Documents and (y) unconditionally tendered to the Administrative Agent such Defaulting Bank’s Pro Rata Share of all costs, expenses and disbursements required to be paid or reimbursed pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents.
