Crisis intervention services definition

Crisis intervention services means the array of behavioral health crisis services that are funded by public or private sources and exist to serve individuals who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis.

Crisis intervention services means additional assessment, staffing, supervision, and other intensive services and supports to immediately address a consumer’s urgent or emergent abrupt onset of behavioral or other needs, which are beyond what is typically available in other community living arrangements.
