Designated crisis responder means a mental health
Crisis means a situation in which a student engages in a behavior that threatens the health and safety of the student or others and includes without limitation a situation in which the student becomes aggressive or violent at school and is unable to regain self-control without posing a danger of injury to himself or herself or others.
Disaster Management Act means the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No.57 of 2002)
Waterborne disease outbreak means the significant occurrence of an acute infectious illness, epidemiologically associated with the ingestion of water from a public water system which is deficient in treatment, as determined by the Division.
Respite means brief, temporary relief care provided by an in- home or out-of-home provider paid by the department. The respite pro- vider fulfills some or all of the care provider responsibilities for a short time.
Force Majeure Events means acts of war, domestic and/or international terrorism, civil riots or rebellions, quarantines, embargoes and other similar unusual governmental actions, extraordinary elements of nature or acts of God.
Relevant Force Majeure Event means a Force Majeure Event in relation to which an Affected Party is claiming relief under this Clause 17; and
Foreign terrorist organization means an organization designated as a foreign terrorist organization by the United States secretary of state as authorized by 8 U.S.C. Section 1189.
Prevention means measures taken before a substance, material or product has become waste, that reduce:
Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.
Force Majeure Event means an event beyond the reasonable control of any party including an outbreak of a serious disease or epidemic, or quarantine or other public health emergencies, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion or other casualty or accident or act of God, or war or other violence, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of or interruption or delay in telecommunications or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies or power.
Substance use disorder professional means a person
Disaster means a sudden emergency occurrence beyond the control of the licensee, whether natural, technological, or man-made, that renders the licensee unable to operate the facility or makes the facility uninhabitable.

Threat of violence means an unjustified expression of intention to inflict injury or damage that is made by a student and directed to another student.
Pattern of racketeering activity means the planned, ongoing, continuous or repeated participation or involvement in any offence referred to in Schedule 1 and includes at least two offences referred to in Schedule 1, of which one of the offences occurred after the commencement of this Act and the last offence occurred within 10 years (excluding any period of imprisonment) after the commission of such prior offence referred to in Schedule 1;
Pendency of the procurement process means the time period commencing with the public notice of the request for proposals and ending with the award of the contract or the cancellation of the request for proposals.
Violent criminal activity means any criminal activity that has as one of its elements the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force substantial enough to cause, or be reasonably likely to cause, serious bodily injury or property damage.

Violent crime means a forcible felony, as defined in Iowa Code section 702.11, and includes any other felony or aggravated misdemeanor which involved the actual or threatened infliction of physical or emotional injury on one or more persons.
Commercial Fishing Worker means Commercial fishing worker as defined in Section 420.503, F.S.
Victim of domestic violence means a person protected under this act and shall include any person who is 18 years of age or older or who is an emancipated minor and who has been subjected to domestic violence by a spouse, former spouse, or any other person who is a present or former household member. "Victim of domestic violence" also includes any person, regardless of age, who has been subjected to domestic violence by a person with whom the victim has a child in common, or with whom the victim anticipates having a child in common, if one of the parties is pregnant. "Victim of domestic violence" also includes any person who has been subjected to domestic violence by a person with whom the victim has had a dating relationship.
Supply Chain Disruption means an inability by the Contractor to obtain goods or services from third parties necessary to perform the Work of the Contract within the schedule specified therein, despite the Contractor making all reasonable commercial efforts to procure same. Contractors are advised that increased costs do not, in and of themselves, amount to a Supply Chain Disruption;
Emergency Load Response Program means the program by which Curtailment Service Providers may be compensated by PJM for Demand Resources that will reduce load when dispatched by PJM during emergency conditions, and is described in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 8 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 8.
Force Majeure means an event beyond the control of the supplier and not involving the supplier’s fault or negligence and not foreseeable. Such events may include, but is not restricted to, acts of the purchaser in its sovereign capacity, wars or revolutions, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions and freight embargoes.
Imminent danger to the health and safety of the public means the existence of any condition or practice, or any violation of a permit or other requirement of this article, in a surface coal mining and reclamation operation which could reasonably be expected to cause substantial physical harm to persons outside the permit area before such condition, practice, or violation can be abated. A reasonable expectation of death or serious injury before abatement exists if a rational person, subjected to the same conditions, or practices giving rise to the peril, would not expose himself to the danger during the time necessary for abatement.
