Crossing Area definition

Crossing Area means the area of intersection of Grantor’s and Grantee’s rights- of-way and/or Facilities as outlined in red on Schedule “B”;
Crossing Area means the area of intersection of Grantor’s rights of way and the Minister’s interest in the said lands and/or Facilities as outlined in Schedule ”B”;
Crossing Area means the area of the Lands outlined on the first page of this Consent and in Schedule B where Grantee’s Facility crosses the Lands and/or where Grantee’s Work and/or Activities are taking place.

Examples of Crossing Area in a sentence

  • The Railroad reserves the right to cross the Crossing Area with such railroad tracks as may be required for its convenience or purposes.

  • Nonuse by the Political Body of the Crossing Area for public highway purposes continuing at any time for a period of eighteen (18) months shall, at the option of the Railroad, work a termination of this Agreement and of all rights of the Political Body hereunder.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the Political Body shall not use or permit use of the Crossing Area for railroad purposes, or for gas, oil or gasoline pipe lines.

  • The Political Body shall not cause, suffer or permit any snow to be plowed or cast upon the Railroad's property during snow removal from the Crossing Area.

  • The Political Body shall not use or permit use of the Crossing Area for any purposes other than those described in this Agreement.


More Definitions of Crossing Area

Crossing Area means the area of Grantor's Lands outlined on the first page of this Consent and in ScheduleB where Grantee’s Facility crosses Grantor's Lands and/or where Grantee’s Work and/or Activities are taking place.
Crossing Area means the area of intersection of Grantor’s and Grantee’s rights-of-way and/or Facilities as outlined in red on Schedule “B”;
Crossing Area means that portion of the Railway Lands under or upon which the Subway is located, as outlined on the location and profile attached hereto as Schedule "B".
Crossing Area means the area(s) where Grantee’s Facility and/or Work or Activities intersect with Grantor’s Lands or Rights-of-Way within the Lands as shown on Schedule “A” attached hereto;

Crossing Area means the land within land parcels [15/2g, 15/2d, 15/3a, 15/3b, 15/3c, 15/4c, 15/4e, 15/5b, 15/6a, 15/7a, 15/11a, 16/1a, 16/1c, 16/2a, 16/3c, 19/2a and 19/3a] shown on the land plans and described in the book of reference;
