Railway Lands definition

Railway Lands means Project Lands, and improvements thereon, that are owned or held by or under the control of a Railway.
Railway Lands the date on which the parties have signed the Certificate of Readiness provided for in Clause 7 certifying that the Railway Fibre is available and complies with the Fibre Description; "Relevant Equipment" HER Equipment and Customer Equipment;
