CRS Regulations definition

CRS Regulations means the Regulation (EC) No. 80/2009 of the European Parliament and the Council of 14 January 2009 on a code of conduct for computerized reservation systems, as amended and in force on the date hereof and as subsequently amended from time to time during the Term, and any other regulations regarding the general operation of computer reservations systems enacted by any other governmental authority during the Term.
