CS Facility definition

CS Facility means clearing and settlement facility as that term is defined in the Act;

CS Facility means a CS facility licensed as such under the Corporations Act or a Foreign Clearing House.

CS Facility means the prescribed Australian clearing and settlement facility; “Delaware General Corporation Law” means the Delaware General CorporationLaw as amended from time to time.
