CSPC definition

CSPC has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.

CSPC means the Central Sydney Planning Committee constituted under the City of Sydney Act and which has the functions conferred or imposed on it by that Act. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • EPC means engineering, procurement and construction;

  • Beam axis means a line from the source through the centers of the x-ray fields.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • SRC means the Securities Regulation Code of the Philippines.

  • ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.

  • PEG means public, educational and governmental.

  • BG means Bank Guarantee

  • Providing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 11.

  • MRI means Meter Reading Instrument.

  • Third-party logistics provider means a person that provides or coordinates warehousing of or other logistics services for a drug or device in interstate commerce on behalf of a manufacturer, wholesale distributor, or dispenser of the drug or device but does not take ownership of the product or have responsibility for directing the sale or disposition of the product.

  • NCI means the National Cancer Institute.

  • T&Cs means these Terms and Conditions.

  • CPL means the Carolina Power & Light Company.

  • DHCS PI means Personal Information, as defined below, accessed in a database 20 maintained by the COUNTY or DHCS, received by CONTRACTOR from the COUNTY or DHCS or 21 acquired or created by CONTRACTOR in connection with performing the functions, activities and 22 services specified in the Agreement on behalf of the COUNTY.

  • IBM means the Iowa board of medicine.
