More Definitions of Cultivation License

Cultivation License means a license granted under the ACMPR to a Licensed Producer to allow the cultivation and distribution of medical marijuana to eligible persons.

Cultivation License means a federal license issued by Health Canada pursuant to the Federal Cannabis Act or the Federal Regulations, as applicable, authorizing the license holder to: (a) possess cannabis; (b) obtain dried or fresh cannabis, cannabis plants or cannabis seeds by propagating, cultivating, harvesting;(c) for the purpose of testing, alter the chemical or physical properties of the cannabis; (d) sell and distribute dried cannabis, fresh cannabis, cannabis plants or seeds to other licensed holders (including cultivators, processors, analytical testers, researchers, cannabis drug license holders), provided that dried cannabis or fresh cannabis cannot be sold to the holder of a nursery license; (e) sell and distribute cannabis plants or seeds to a licensed nursery; (f) sell and distribute cannabis products that are plants or seeds to a license holder that is authorized to sell cannabis for medical purposes or to a person authorized to sell cannabis under a provincial or territorial Law; (g) send and deliver cannabis products that are plants or seeds to the purchaser at the request of a license holder that is authorized to sell cannabis for medical purposes or to a person authorized to sell cannabis under a provincial or territorial Law; and/or(h) conduct ancillary activities (e.g., drying, trimming, milling, etc.);
Cultivation License means the license excepted to be issued to the Target Subsidiary by Health Canada to produce cannabis under the ACMPR in relation to the License Application.
