Cumulative Net Present Value definition

Cumulative Net Present Value means, in respect of a SwapClear STM Contract and a Business Day (as such term is defined in the SwapClear STM Terms relating to that SwapClear STM Contract) falling after the Trade Date, a hypothetical value, determined by the Clearing House acting in its sole and absolute discretion, equal to:the aggregate of the amounts (if any) payable by the SwapClear Clearing Member to the Clearing House (expressed as a positive number) under Section 4.1 of the SwapClear STM Terms from, and including, the Trade Date to, but excluding, that Business Day; plusif such SwapClear STM Contract has been converted from a SwapClear CTM Contract, the aggregate of the amounts (if any) of variation margin determined to be payable by the SwapClear Clearing Member to the Clearing House (expressed as a positive number) from, and including, the Trade Date, to, and including, the STM Conversion Date relating to such SwapClear STM Contract; plusthe aggregate of the amounts (if any) payable by the Clearing House to the SwapClear Clearing Member (expressed as a negative number) under Section 4.1 of the SwapClear STM Terms from, and including, the Trade Date, to, but excluding, that Business Day; plusif such SwapClear STM Contract has been converted from a SwapClear CTM Contract, the aggregate of the amounts (if any) of variation margin determined to be payable by the Clearing House to the SwapClear Clearing Member (expressed as a negative number) from, and including, the Trade Date, to, and including, the STM Conversion Date relating to the SwapClear STM Contract.
Cumulative Net Present Value means, where a Total Required Margin Amount relates to an Individual Segregated Account held by a Clearing Member on behalf of an Individual Segregated Account Clearing Client, if and to the extent that Client Excess is available in one or more other Individual Segregated Accounts held by such Clearing Member on behalf of the same Individual Segregated Account Clearing Client, a deduction by the Clearing House from the other Individual Segregated Account(s) of that Client Excess has the meaning assigned to it in Regulation [57A]

  • Net Present Value means the net present value calculated as at 30 September in the year in which the relevant Reference Notice is given or, where in any year no Reference Notice is given under paragraph 14 but the Water Services Regulation Authority gives a notice to the Appointee under paragraph 15, as at 30 September in the year in which the Water Services Regulation Authority gives the notice, by discounting subsequent cash flows and inflating earlier cash flows at the Appropriate Discount Rate, assuming all cash flows in any Charging Year occur on 30 September in that Charging Year; a "Notified Item" is any item notified by the Water Services Regulation Authority to the Appointee as not having been allowed for (either in full or at all) in making a Relevant Determination; and for the purpose of this definition:

  • Cumulative Net Realized Tax Benefit for a Taxable Year means the cumulative amount of Realized Tax Benefits for all Taxable Years of the Corporate Taxpayer, up to and including such Taxable Year, net of the cumulative amount of Realized Tax Detriments for the same period. The Realized Tax Benefit and Realized Tax Detriment for each Taxable Year shall be determined based on the most recent Tax Benefit Schedule or Amended Schedule, if any, in existence at the time of such determination.

  • Cumulative Consolidated Net Income means, for any period, Consolidated Net Income for such period, taken as a single accounting period. Cumulative Consolidated Net Income may be a positive or negative amount.

  • Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate means, in relation to any U.S. Government Securities Business Day during a Floating Rate Interest Period for a Loan (or any part of it), the percentage rate per annum determined by the Facility Agent in accordance with the methodology set out in Schedule 15B (Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate) or in any relevant Compounding Methodology Supplement.

  • Cumulative Excess Cash Flow means the amount equal to the sum of Excess Cash Flow (but not less than zero for any Fiscal Year) for the Fiscal Year ending on December 31, 2022 and Excess Cash Flow (but not less than zero in any Fiscal Year) for each succeeding and completed Fiscal Year.

  • Cumulative Servicing Amount means the sum of the Period Servicing Amounts for every consecutive twelve-month period prior to and ending on the True-Up Measurement Date in respect of each of the Shared-Loss Agreements during which the loss- sharing provisions of the applicable Shared-Loss Agreement is in effect.
