Cumulative Operating Cash Flow definition

Cumulative Operating Cash Flow means, as of any date of determination, Operating Cash Flow from October 29, 2009 to the end of the Company’s most recently ended full fiscal quarter prior to such date, taken as a single accounting period.
Cumulative Operating Cash Flow means, as at any date of determination, the positive cumulative Consolidated Operating Cash Flow realized during the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on the last day of the most recent fiscal quarter immediately preceding the date of determination for which consolidated financial information of the Company is available or, if such cumulative Consolidated Operating Cash Flow for such period is negative, the negative amount by which cumulative Consolidated Operating Cash Flow is less than zero.

  • If the Company’s Actual Cumulative Operating Cash Flow for the Performance Period is less than the Target Cumulative Operating Cash Flow for the Performance Period, then the Target Number of Share Units allocated to this Performance Goal shall be forfeited without payment of any consideration and without further action or notice.
