Cumulative Revenue definition

Cumulative Revenue means the sum of the Adjusted Revenue over the Performance Period for each period in which Adjusted Revenue is measured pursuant to the above definition of Adjusted Revenue.
Cumulative Revenue means the total revenue derived from the sale of coal or other minerals and the fair market value of coal or other minerals transferred or used, but not sold, during the cumulative measurement period.
Cumulative Revenue means after the First Commercial Sale worldwide of a Commercial Product or Commercial Service, the sum of all Revenue in all years and calendar quarters up to the calendar quarter in which the applicable revenue sharing percentage in Section D4.01 is being paid.

  • The Committee shall certify in writing (which may consist of approved minutes of a Committee meeting) the level of Cumulative Revenue and Cumulative EPS attained by the Company and the Dollar Target Award Payment (if any) payable to Recipient.

More Definitions of Cumulative Revenue

Cumulative Revenue has the meaning set forth in Appendix H attached hereto.
Cumulative Revenue means the sum of the Company’s Revenue for each fiscal year in the Performance Period as reported in the Company’s audited consolidated financial statements. The Cumulative Revenue targets set forth herein (Threshold, Target and Maximum) shall be adjusted to reflect acquisitions, dispositions and discontinued operations that occur during the Performance Period. The Committee may, in its sole discretion, reduce, but not increase, the percentage of Performance Shares that vest at any level of performance.
Cumulative Revenue means the aggregate Sales Price of products of the Acquired Technology sold during the relevant period of determination.
Cumulative Revenue means the aggregate Revenue of Charah Solutions, Inc. for the Performance Period.
Cumulative Revenue or “CmRv” means, in respect of a Mine Fiscal Year, Current Revenue plus Previous Revenue;
Cumulative Revenue means the sum of the Revenue achieved by PRGX for the 2018 Fiscal Year and the 2019 Fiscal Year.
