Revenue Sharing Percentage definition

Revenue Sharing Percentage means the percentage of Gross Revenue that the Issuer is obligated to pay pursuant to this Agreement until the Holders have received total payments equal to their agreed upon Investment Multiple.
Revenue Sharing Percentage means an amount equal to five percent (5.0%) of Gross Revenue.
Revenue Sharing Percentage means 5% of each month’s Monthly Revenue.

  • Excess Cash Flow Percentage 50%; provided that the Excess Cash Flow Percentage shall be reduced to (a) 25% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 3.75 to 1.00 and (b) to 0% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 2.25 to 1.00.
