Cup Match definition

Cup Match means any match in a Cup Competition in which the Team participates during the Season;
Cup Match means a Competition Match played or to be played in the Cup Competition.
Cup Match means all Domestic Cup Matches and / or European Cup Matches.

  • Should a Cup Scheme Seasoncard Holder be required to relocate for a Cup Match at the Ground in accordance with clause 8.5 of the General T&Cs, the Club will provide a period for Cup Scheme Seasoncard Holders to select alternative seats before seats are offered to Seasoncard Holders who have not joined the relevant Cup Scheme (other than Superbia Seasoncard Holders).

  • The Season Ticket must be used if the User wishes to gain access to the Ground for any Relevant Cup Match, save that it may not be valid for any UEFA Competition fixture.

  • Any Season Ticket Holders who are displaced in the Ground at a Relevant Cup Match due to outside broadcast requirements and/or requests from applicable authorities will be able to purchase an available seat elsewhere in a non-hospitality area within the Ground at their current seat price.

  • Should a Participant receive a Suspension in an Association Representative Match that Suspension shall be served in the next consecutive Fixture, (be that an Association Representative Match, Premiership, Championship or Cup Match) which that Participant’s team or Club played in, until the Suspension is served in full.

  • Any Ticket Points due to the Seasoncard Holder for joining the Cup Scheme will be added following the final Cup Match for the respective Cup Competition each Season.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, an eligible Seasoncard Holder who has subscribed for a Cup Scheme may only purchase one (1) ticket to each Cup Match relevant to that Cup Scheme for his/her own personal use.

Related to Cup Match

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • Company Matching Contributions means the Company contributions described in Section 3.4.

  • Loan Group III The group of Mortgage Loans identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule as having been assigned to Loan Group III.

  • Overcollateralization Target Amount As of any Distribution Date, 1.30% of the Initial Aggregate Receivables Principal Balance.

  • Employer Matching Contributions means the Employer matching contributions made to the Trust Fund pursuant to Article V (Employer Matching Contributions).

  • Qualified Matching Contributions means Matching Contributions which are immediately nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable, regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Section 401(k)(2)(B) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.

  • Monthly Earnings means your gross monthly income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to your date of disability. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Overcollateralization Deficiency Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the Overcollateralization Target Amount exceeds the Overcollateralized Amount on such Distribution Date (assuming that 100% of the Principal Remittance Amount is applied as a principal distribution on such Distribution Date).

  • Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.

  • GROUP III All applicants for employment who have had two (2) or more years' experience in the trade, are residents of the geographical area constituting the normal construction labor market area, and who have been employed in the normal construction labor market area for at least six (6) months in the last two and one-half (2½) years in the geographical area covered by the collective bargaining agreement.

  • Appropriate List Matching Data means (A) account registration and alternate payee data, to the extent made appropriate by statutes, rules or regulations governing the U.S. Government Lists, (ii) data determined by BNYM in light of statutes, rules or regulations governing the U.S. Government Lists to be necessary to provide the services described in this Section 3(b)(5), and (iii) data the parties agree in writing to be necessary to provide the services described in this Section 3(b)(5).

  • Qualified Matching Contribution means any employer contribution allocated to an Eligible Employee’s account under any plan of an Employer or a Related Company solely on account of “elective contributions” made on his behalf or “employee contributions” made by him that is a qualified matching contribution as defined in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k), is nonforfeitable when made, and is distributable only as permitted in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k).

  • Overcollateralization Ratio means, as of any Measurement Date, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) obtained by dividing:

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Actual Deferral Percentage means, for a specified group of Participants for a Plan Year, the average of the ratios (calculated separately for each Participant in the group) of (1) the amount of Employer contributions actually paid over to the Trust on behalf of the Participant for the Plan Year to (2) the Participant's Earnings for the Plan Year (or, provided that the Employer applies this method to all Employees for a Plan Year, the Participant's Earnings for that portion of the Plan Year during which he was eligible to participate in the Plan). Employer contributions on behalf of any Participant shall include: (i) his Elective Deferrals, including Excess Elective Deferrals of Highly Compensated Employees, but excluding (A) Excess Elective Deferrals of Non-Highly Compensated Employees that arise solely from Elective Deferrals made under the Plan or another plan maintained by an Affiliated Employer, and (B) Elective Deferrals that are taken into account in the Average Contribution Percentage test described in Section 5.10 (provided the ADP test is satisfied both with and without exclusion of these Elective Deferrals), and excluding Elective Deferrals returned to a Participant to reduce an Excess Amount as defined in Section 6.5(f); and (ii) if the Employer has elected to make Qualified Nonelective Contributions, such amount of Qualified Nonelective Contributions, if any, as shall be necessary to enable the Plan to satisfy the ADP test and not used to satisfy the ACP test; and (iii) if the Employer has elected to make Qualified Matching Contributions, such amount of Qualified Matching Contributions, if any, as shall be necessary to enable the Plan to satisfy the ADP test and not used to satisfy the ACP test. For purposes of computing Actual Deferral Percentages, an Employee who would be a Participant but for his failure to make Elective Deferrals shall be treated as a Participant on whose behalf no Elective Deferrals are made.

  • Targeted Overcollateralization Amount means, for a Payment Date, an amount equal to:

  • Share Premium Account means the share premium account established in accordance with these Articles and the Companies Act.

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.
