Cure Schedule definition

Cure Schedule means the schedule setting forth the Cure Amount, if any, for each Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease to be assumed pursuant to the Plan.
Cure Schedule means the schedule of proposed Cure amounts for (i) any Executory Contract proposed to be assumed for which the Debtor proposes a Cure amount other than $0.00 and (ii) each Unexpired Lease proposed to be assumed, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time and which will be included in the Plan Supplement.
Cure Schedule has the meaning given to such term in Section 7.9(b).

Examples of Cure Schedule in a sentence

  • Any party that fails to object to the applicable Cure Amount listed on the Cure Schedule within seven (7) business days before the Confirmation Hearing, shall be forever barred, estopped and enjoined from disputing the Cure Amount set forth on the Cure Schedule (including a Cure Amount of $0.00) and/or from asserting any Claim against the applicable Debtor arising under section 365(b)(1) of the Bankruptcy Code except as set forth on the Cure Schedule.

  • As part of the Plan Supplement, the Debtor shall File the Cure Schedule, which schedule shall identify the Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed by the Debtor pursuant to the Plan and shall include any amounts of Cure to be paid in connection therewith.

  • Nothing contained in this Plan or the listing of a document on the Schedule of Rejected Contracts and Leases, or the Cure Schedule shall constitute an admission by the Debtor that such document is an executory contract or an unexpired lease or that the Debtor or its successors and assigns has any liability thereunder.

  • No later than twenty-four (24) calendar days prior to the commencement of the Confirmation Hearing, the Debtors shall file a schedule (the “Cure Schedule”) in form and substance acceptable to the Consenting First Lien Lenders, setting forth the Cure Amount, if any, for each executory contract or unexpired lease to be assumed pursuant to Section 10.1 of the Plan, and serve such Cure Schedule on each applicable counterparty.
