Competitive Bid Margin has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(d).
Invitation for Bid (IFB means the solicitation document issued to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.
Proposal / Bid means the technical proposal and the commercial/financial proposal.
Decrement Bid means a type of Virtual Transaction that is a bid to purchase energy at a specified location in the Day-ahead Energy Market. A cleared Decrement Bid results in scheduled load at the specified location in the Day-ahead Energy Market.
Competitive Bid Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Bid, the Margin or the Fixed Rate, as applicable, offered by the Lender making such Competitive Bid.
Buy Bid means a bid to buy Capacity Resources in any Incremental Auction.
Bid sample means a sample to be furnished by a bidder to show the characteristics of the item offered in the bid.
Submitted Bid has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(d)(i) below.
Proposal Due Date means the date and time specified in the Proposal Invitation, or any addenda thereto, by which Vendors are required to submit Proposals for this Proposal Invitation.
Winning Bid Rate has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(d)(i) below.
Best Bid means the highest posted bid price of the Common Stock.
Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) means any company or person authorized to provide local exchange services in competition with an ILEC.
Demand Bid Screening means the process by which Demand Bids are reviewed against the applicable Demand Bid Limit, and rejected if they would exceed that limit, as determined pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10.1B, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.
Consolidated Current Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Current Assets as of such date to (b) Consolidated Current Liabilities as of such date.
MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
Lowest Evaluated Bid means a bid for goods, works and services having the lowest evaluated cost among the substantially responsive bids
Appraised Current Market Value of any Aircraft means the lower of the average and the median of the three most recent Post-Default Appraisals of such Aircraft.
Bid with Lowest Evaluated Cost means the bid quoting lowest cost amongst all those bids evaluated to be substantially responsive;
Consolidated Current Assets at any date, all amounts (other than cash and Cash Equivalents) that would, in conformity with GAAP, be set forth opposite the caption “total current assets” (or any like caption) on a consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such date.
Highest Bidder means the Bidder, who quotes the highest License Fees
Competitive Bid Loan means a Competitive Bid LIBOR Loan or a Competitive Bid Absolute Rate Loan.
Open Competitive Bidding means a fair and transparent specified procedure defined under these Rules, advertised in the prescribed manner, leading to the award of a contract whereby all interested persons, firms, companies or organizations may bid for the contract and includes both National and International Competitive Biddings;
Non-bid Basis means a contract awarded or executed by the Commonwealth with Contractor without seeking bids or proposals from any other potential bidder or offeror.
Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) means a telephone company certificated by the Commission to provide local Exchange Service within AT&T-21STATE’s franchised area.
Competitive Bid Note means a promissory note of any Borrower payable to the order of any Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, evidencing the indebtedness of such Borrower to such Lender resulting from a Competitive Bid Advance made by such Lender to such Borrower.
Competitive Bid Advance means an advance by a Lender to any Borrower as part of a Competitive Bid Borrowing resulting from the competitive bidding procedure described in Section 2.03 and refers to a Fixed Rate Advance or a LIBO Rate Advance.
