Current Concessions definition

Current Concessions means the Concessions applicable to the London Concessionary Fares Scheme for each fiscal year as such Concessions are described in current Contracts in force with the Transport Operators (or their agents) or such other Concessions as may be unanimously agreed by the Participating Councils and the Transport Operators;
Current Concessions means the Concessions listed in Annex 1 hereto. “Determination Date” means 31 December in each year.

Related to Current Concessions

  • Concession means the granting of a license or right to act for or on behalf of the Board, or to provide a service requiring the approval or endorsement of the Board, and which may or may not involve a payment or exchange, or provision of services by or to the Board, provided that the term concession will not include vending machines.
