Current Dental Terminology definition

Current Dental Terminology or "CDT" means a publication by the American Dental Association of codes used to report dental procedures or services.
Current Dental Terminology. (CDT) means the American Dental Association’s reference document containing descriptive terms to identify codes for billing and reporting dental procedures, as incorporated by reference in rule chapter 69L-8, F.A.C.

  • Incremental Term Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).

  • Incremental Term Loan Maturity Date means the final maturity date of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.

  • Termination After Change in Control means either of the following events occurring within twelve (12) months after a Change in Control:

  • Initial Term Loans means the term loans made by the Lenders on the Closing Date to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(a).

  • Additional Term Loans means any term loan added pursuant to Section 2.22, 2.23 or 9.02(c)(i).

  • Mandatory Termination Date means the "Termination Date" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Approved Retirement means any voluntary termination of employment that occurs on or after the date on which the sum of your age and years of employment with Deluxe and/or its Affiliates equals at least seventy-five (75) and that is approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Extended Term Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(e).

  • Adjusted Term SOFR Rate means, for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the Term SOFR Rate for such Interest Period, plus (b) 0.10%; provided that if the Adjusted Term SOFR Rate as so determined would be less than the Floor, such rate shall be deemed to be equal to the Floor for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Replacement Term Loans has the meaning specified in Section 10.01.

  • Incremental Term Loan Amount means, at any time, the excess, if any, of (a) $25,000,000 over (b) the sum of (i) the aggregate increase in the Revolving Credit Commitments established at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.24 and (ii) the aggregate amount of all Incremental Term Loan Commitments established prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.25.

  • Change in Control Protection Period means the period commencing on the date a Change in Control occurs and ending on the first anniversary of such date.

  • Incremental Term A Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).

  • Incremental Term Loan Repayment Dates means the dates scheduled for the repayment of principal of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.

  • Current Compensation means all regular wage, salary and commission payments paid by the Company to a Participant in accordance with the terms of his or her employment, but excluding annual bonus payments and all other forms of special compensation.

  • Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating the Reference Price.
