The Company shall, upon the written request at any time of the holder of this Warrant, furnish or cause to be furnished to such holder a like certificate setting forth (a) such adjustment and readjustment, (b) the Current Exercise Price, and (c) the number of shares of Common Stock and the amount, if any, of other property which at the time would be received upon the exercise of this Warrant.
Upon each adjustment of the Current Exercise Price pursuant to paragraph (a), each Warrant shall thereupon evidence the right to purchase that number of shares of Common Stock (calculated to the nearest hundredth of a share) obtained by multiplying the number of shares of Common Stock purchasable immediately prior to such adjustment upon exercise of the Warrant by the Current Exercise Price and dividing the product so obtained by the Exercise Price in effect immediately after such adjustment.
