Current Maximum Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans held by the Trust for such Distribution Date, and (ii) with respect to each Distribution Date prior to September 22, 2006, the aggregate amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account on that Distribution Date, net of investment earnings on deposit therein.
