Current State Employee definition

Current State Employee means a person who is an employee of an agency of the State. “Former State Employee” means a person who was an employee of any agency of the State at any time within the preceding 24 months.
Current State Employee. – means a person who is an employee of an agency of the State.

It includes all such persons regardless of any contractual relationship that may be alleged to exist between a Contractor or subcontractor and such persons.

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Company Employee means any current or former employee, independent contractor or director of the Company or any Company Affiliate.

  • Affected employee means an employee who would be affected by the grant or denial of a variance, or any one of the employee’s authorized representatives, such as the collective bargaining agent.

  • Employment Commencement Date means the date on which the Employee first performs an Hour of Service.

  • Benefit Commencement Date means, for any Participant or beneficiary, the date as of which the first benefit payment, including a single sum, from the Participant’s Account is due, other than pursuant to a withdrawal under Article VIII.
