Pursuant to the Custodial Fee Letter, the Sponsor will pay us fees for our services under this Agreement.
All sums payable under this Agreement and referenced in the Custodial Fee Letter (including but not limited to storage, handling and clearing fees) shall be deemed to be exclusive of VAT.
