Custodial Fee Letter definition

Custodial Fee Letter means the Custodial Fee Letter, dated as of the date hereof, between the Borrower and the Custodian.
Custodial Fee Letter means that certain Custodial Fee Letter between the Borrowers and the Custodian, as such letter may be amended, modified, waived, supplemented, extended, restated or replaced from time to time.
