Customer Activities Web Site definition

Customer Activities Web Site means that site to which parties are given access by Transporter for purposes of conducting Customer Activities, subject to such parties providing to Transporter the information required in Article 8.1 herein and executing Transporter’s Customer Activities Web Site Subscriber Agreement.

  • In order to access and use the Customer Activities Web Site, User must comply with applicable technical requirements at its own cost and expense.

  • Title to and all rights (including all intellectual property rights) in all software comprising the Customer Activities Web Site and the Website provided by Alliance, and all information and material contained in the Customer Activities Web Site provided by Alliance (all such software, information and material collectively called the “Proprietary Material”) shall be owned by and remain the property of Alliance or its licensors.

  • User may, at its option, terminate this Agreement and its use of the Customer Activities Web Site at any time on 10 days written notice to Alliance in accordance with Section 18.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, User acknowledges and agrees that any person using User’s user identifications and passwords shall have and shall be deemed to have the legal authority to act on behalf of User and all matters conducted through the Customer Activities Web Site by any such person shall legally bind User to the terms and conditions thereof.

  • In the event of termination of this Agreement for any reason, User shall cease all use of and access to the Customer Activities Web Site.

  • Alliance reserves the right to determine what portions of the Customer Activities Web Site shall be available to User.

  • However, before User shall be allowed to transact business on the Customer Activities Web Site, User must comply with Alliance’s creditworthiness requirements set out in the Tariff.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Information Service Traffic Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider for the provision of Information Service. ISP-Bound Traffic is a subset of Information Service Traffic. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring: Wiring within the customer Premises that extends to the Demarcation Point of CenturyLink’s outside plant. Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Student-Generated Content means materials or content created by a student in the services including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of student content.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Web Portal means an online entity through which persons are able to effect transactions in securities.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
