Customer Auditors definition

Customer Auditors has the meaning set forth in Section 18.01.
Customer Auditors has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1(b) of the Master Agreement.

  • Customer agrees that Customer Auditors shall perform planning, entry and exit interviews in accordance with the agreed audit guidelines.

  • Supplier shall (1) provide any assistance reasonably requested by Customer Auditors in conducting any such audit, including installing and operating audit software, (2) make requested personnel, records and information available to Customer Auditors and (3) in all cases, provide such assistance, personnel, records and information in an expeditious manner to facilitate the timely completion of such audit.

  • Unless prohibited by Applicable Law, the Customer, its auditors (internal or external) and regulators (collectively, the “Customer Auditors”), may perform audits, inspections and on site examinations of data, books, logs, records, policies, procedures and other documentation in any media relating to the Combined Services to the extent reasonably requested by the Customer, the Customer Auditors, and shall also be entitled to visit any location or facility from which ▇.▇.

Related to Customer Auditors

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Auditors means the auditors for the time being of the Company;

  • Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;
