Customer Community definition

Customer Community means the online, Web-­based platform provided by xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, through which Your Members that are customers of You may access and use the Services, if and as specified in an Order Form and herein.
Customer Community means Customer’s online community hosted by Khoros as part of the Subscription Services to which Customer subscribes as described in a Service Order. Customer may use each single instance of the Khoros Community to which Customer has subscribed (as part of the Khoros Community purchased pursuant to a Service Order) to operate only one (1) Customer Community, unless otherwise agreed by Khoros in writing.

Examples of Customer Community in a sentence

  • If specified in an applicable Order Form, Member subscriptions through the Customer Community and/or the Partner Community are included with the Services but each are limited to the number of Members and the aggregate number of logins per calendar month per Customer Community and/or Partner Community specified in the applicable Order Form(s) (“Permitted Number of Monthly Logins”).

  • If Customer chooses to engage in the Customer Community, Customer will act in compliance with laws and in a respectful manner and acknowledges that any information posted in the Customer Community will not be treated as Customer Confidential Information hereunder.

  • If in any calendar month the aggregate number of User logins to the Services through the Customer Community and/or Partner Community exceeds three times the Permitted Number of Monthly Logins to those Services, You will be charged 1.5 times the per-­login price for each User login in excess of three times the Permitted Number of Monthly Logins.

  • The City of Mankato shall have and hereby reserves the right to enforce payment against the Customer Community by appropriate proceedings at law or in equity in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • The Customer Community, at its expense, shall design, plan, lay, install, construct, operate, maintain, inspect and keep in repair its own public sanitary sewer collection system, so that such facilities and all user connections thereto at all times strictly conform with all State and Federal laws and regulations, applicable ordinances of the City of Mankato, the State Plumbing Code and the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Customer Community, by adoption of ordinances and employment of suitable methods, shall not discharge or allow any user of the Customer Community system to discharge, either directly or indirectly, any of the prohibited materials set forth in the Chapter 3 of the Mankato City Code.

  • In the event that NPDES permit is modified prior to that, the City of Mankato reserves the right to modify this Customer Community agreement.

  • The parties hereto agree that in consideration for transport and treatment of the wastewater of the Customer Community by the City of Mankato, the Customer Community shall pay to the City of Mankato all fees and charges applicable thereto as provided for in this Agreement.

  • As such, the parties agree that the municipal sanitary sewer service provided by the Customer Community shall be limited to include only sewer service within the specific designated sewer service area as established in this Agreement.

  • All sewage discharged into the Mankato Treatment System from the Customer Community system shall be accurately monitored for strength and volume by acceptable metering and sampling equipment which shall be installed in a building or structure constructed by the Customer Community, at the Customer Community’s expense, at or adjacent to the boundaries of the service area of the Customer Community or at such other site as may be mutually agreed upon.

  • Electric Reliability Organization or “ERO” means the organization that is certified by the Commission under Section 39.3 of its regulations, the purpose of which is to establish and enforce Reliability Standards for the Bulk Power System in the United States, subject to Commission review. The organization may also have received recognition by Applicable Governmental Authorities in Canada and Mexico to establish and enforce Reliability Standards for the Bulk Power Systems of the respective countries.
