Project Undertaking the Project The Recipient must: undertake the Project to achieve the Outcomes; undertake the Project diligently, effectively, to a high professional standard and in accordance with: all applicable Laws; Customer Guidelines; the Guidelines; and good industry practice; complete the Project within the Project Period; and achieve the Milestones by their respective due dates, as specified in Table 4 of Schedule 1.
