Customer Integration definition

Customer Integration means an interface or integration between the Ascendon System and a Customer System or Third Party System that is created and/or developed by Customer or a Customer Vendor. A Customer Integration may include an integration developed and implemented by CSG at the request of Customer hereunder, subject to such integration’s identification as a “Customer Integration” in a Statement of Work.
Customer Integration means an integration (software, connected to the BX API, enabling the exchange of data between BX and Third-Party Systems) created by Customer.

Customer Integration means any integration between (a) a TWC System or Third Party System and (b) the Content Direct System, created and/or developed by or on behalf of Customer by a party other than by CSG.

Related to Customer Integration

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.
