Customer of the Cooperative definition

Customer of the Cooperative means a member of the Cooperative or other Person who purchases goods or services from the Cooperative.

  • Customer shall grant or secure to the Cooperative at Customer’s expense an easement, in form and substance acceptable to the Cooperative, for purposes of the Cooperative providing Electric Service to Customer or any other Customer of the Cooperative.

  • Academic and professional matters means the following policy development and implementation matters:

  • Collaborative pharmacy practice agreement means a written and signed

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Collaborative law process means a procedure intended to resolve a collaborative matter without intervention by a tribunal in which persons sign a collaborative law participation agreement and are represented by collaborative lawyers.

  • Information Technology (IT) System means the combination of hardware components, software, and other equipment to make a system whose core purpose is to accomplish a data processing need such as the automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, evaluation, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission or reception of data. IT systems include ground systems in support of flight hardware. IT systems do not include—

  • Foreign cooperative means a corporation organized under laws other than the laws of this state operating on a cooperative basis or a similar basis that is provided in those other laws as a criterion for being a cooperative.

  • Subordinate joint force commander means a sub-unified commander or joint task force commander.

  • Information Service Traffic Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider for the provision of Information Service. ISP-Bound Traffic is a subset of Information Service Traffic. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring: Wiring within the customer Premises that extends to the Demarcation Point of CenturyLink’s outside plant. Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Business association means a nonpublic corporation, joint stock company, investment company, business trust, partnership, or association for business purposes of 2 or more individuals, whether or not for profit, including a banking organization, financial organization, insurance company, or utility.

  • Cooperating country means the country in which the employing USAID Mission is located.

  • Patent Cooperation Treaty means the Patent Cooperation Treaty done at Washington on June 19, 1970;

  • Cooperating country national (“CCN”) means an individual who is a cooperating country citizen or a non-cooperating country citizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the cooperating country.

  • Transfer of Technology means dissemination and transfer of all forms of commercially usable knowledge such as transfer of know-how, skills, technical expertise, designs, processes and procedures, trade secrets, which enables the acquirer of such technology to perform activities using the transferred technology independently. (Matters of interpretation of this term shall be referred to the Registration Committee constituted by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, and the interpretation of the Committee shall be final.)

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.

  • Regulatory Services Provider means the organization which provides regulatory services to BSEF pursuant to a Regulatory Services Agreement.

  • Purchasing cooperative means a group purchasing organization that governmental entities join as members and the managing en- tity of which receives fees from members or vendors.

  • Licensed site remediation professional means an individual

  • Communication technology means an electronic device or process that:
