Customer Provided Apparatus definition

Customer Provided Apparatus means any apparatus at the Sites (not being Services Equipment) provided and used by the Customer in order to use Services;

  • We will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage which is caused to your Customer- Provided Apparatus or any data stored thereon arising as a result of its use in conjunction with our Equipment.

  • Hardware means any and all computer and computer-related hardware, including, but not limited to, computers, file servers, facsimile servers, scanners, color printers, laser printers and networks.
