Examples of Customer Provided Apparatus in a sentence
We will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage which is caused to your Customer- Provided Apparatus or any data stored thereon arising as a result of its use in conjunction with our Equipment.
Subject to this Agreement, and except as per paragraph 20, you may use your own Customer- Provided Apparatus in conjunction with the Equipment but we do not warrant that the Equipment is compatible with or will work with customer-provided apparatus.
Where we supply the Services to you via your existing connection to another Operator’s Network it is your responsibility to maintain your connection to such Operator’s Network and we shall not be responsible or liable to you for failing to provide the Services if such failure arises as a result of any interruption to or disconnection from the Operator’s Network or because of failure or inadequacy in any Customer Provided Apparatus.
You must also inform us immediately of any change to any details you have provided to us, including changes to the Customer Provided Apparatus.
Where the Customer is receiving Services solely to provide access to the Internet, VM shall co-operate w ith the Customer in connecting the Customer Provided Apparatus to the Internet Netw ork.
Where the Customer is receiving Services solely to provide access to the Internet, Virgin Media shall cooperate with the Customer in connecting the Customer Provided Apparatus to the Internet Network.
Where the Customer is receiving Services solely to provide access to the Internet, VM shall co-operate with the Customer in connecting the Customer Provided Apparatus to the Internet Network.
The Supplier reserves the right to disconnect any Customer equipment if the Customer does not fulfil its obligations under this Clause 9 or if in the reasonable opinion of the Supplier any Customer Provided Apparatus is liable to cause the death of or personal injury to any person.
RocTel will not be responsible for any faults or interruptions in the Services or any inability of the Customer to access the Services where this is caused by a failure or inadequacy in any Customer Provided Apparatus or any incompatibility between any Customer Provided Apparatus and the RocTel Network or the Internet Network.
Where the Customer is receiving Services solely to provide access to the Internet, RocTel shall cooperate with the Customer in connecting the Customer Provided Apparatus to the Internet Network.
