Customer Premises. Licensee’s service drop into customer premises shall be protected as required by the most current edition of the NEC.
Customer Premises. If access to non-Level 3 facilities is required for the installation, maintenance or removal of Level 3 equipment, Customer shall, at its expense, secure such right of access and shall arrange for the provision and maintenance of power and HVAC as needed for the proper operation of such equipment.
Customer Premises. In order to provide you with digital TV services, you agree to give GTA and/or our agents permission to enter your premises for the purpose of installing, removing, connecting, disconnecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, replacing, servicing, and auditing the equipment and service. Your permission includes the premises outside your home at times when you may not be there. Our employees and designees will show their company identification upon request and in most cases have GTA signage on their vehicles. If you are not the owner of your home, we will require you to obtain permission from the landlord/owner for us to enter the premises and install digital TV and all associated wiring.
Customer Premises. Customer shall allow Level 3 access to the Customer Premises to the extent reasonably determined by Xxxxx 0 for the installation, inspection and scheduled or emergency maintenance of Facilities relating to the Service. Xxxxx 0 shall notify Customer at least two (2) business days in advance of any regularly scheduled maintenance that will require access to the Customer Premises. Customer will be responsible for providing and maintaining, at its own expense, the level of power, heating and air conditioning necessary to maintain the proper environment for the Facilities on the Customer Premises. In the event Customer fails to do so, Customer shall reimburse Level 3 for the actual and reasonable cost of repairing or replacing any Facilities damaged or destroyed as a result of Customer's failure. Customer will provide a safe place to work and comply with all laws and regulations regarding the working conditions on the Customer Premises.
Customer Premises. Licence to occupy Customer Premises Any Customer Premises shall be made available to the Supplier on a non-exclusive licence basis free of charge and shall be used by the Supplier solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under this Call Off Contract. The Supplier shall have the use of such Customer Premises as licensee and shall vacate the same immediately upon completion, termination, expiry or abandonment of this Call Off Contract and in accordance with Call Off Schedule 9 (Exit Management). The Supplier shall limit access to the Customer Premises to such Supplier Personnel as is necessary to enable it to perform its obligations under this Call Off Contract and the Supplier shall co-operate (and ensure that the Supplier Personnel co- operate) with such other persons working concurrently on such Customer Premises as the Customer may reasonably request. Save in relation to such actions identified by the Supplier in accordance with Clause 2 (Due Diligence) and set out in the Call Off Order Form (or elsewhere in this Call Off Contract), should the Supplier require modifications to the Customer Premises, such modifications shall be subject to Approval and shall be carried out by the Customer at the Supplier's expense. The Customer shall undertake any modification work which it approves pursuant to this Clause 30.1.3 without undue delay. Ownership of such modifications shall rest with the Customer. The Supplier shall observe and comply with such rules and regulations as may be in force at any time for the use of such Customer Premises and conduct of personnel at the Customer Premises as determined by the Customer, and the Supplier shall pay for the full cost of making good any damage caused by the Supplier Personnel other than fair wear and tear. For the avoidance of doubt, damage includes without limitation damage to the fabric of the buildings, plant, fixed equipment or fittings therein. The Parties agree that there is no intention on the part of the Customer to create a tenancy of any nature whatsoever in favour of the Supplier or the Supplier Personnel and that no such tenancy has or shall come into being and, notwithstanding any rights granted pursuant to this Call Off Contract, the Customer retains the right at any time to use any Customer Premises in any manner it sees fit. Customer Premises. You agree to grant GTA a right of way by the shortest practical route over your Premises for the purpose of installing, removing, connecting, disconnecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, replacing, servicing, and auditing applicable Services and equipment necessary to provide you that service. You also represent that such grant has been obtained in writing from the premises owner. GTA may request from you additional documents, including right-of-way agreements, in order to maintain access in the future. Our employees and designees will show their company identification upon request and in most cases have GTA signage on their vehicles. You are responsible for making the premises available, by appointment, for inspection, audit, repair, replacement and/or removal of the cable facilities. If you continuously fail or refuse access to the equipment, GTA may terminate your service. All installations, removals, and other work done by GTA on your premises shall be done in a good and xxxxxxx-like manner. However, due to the effects of normal workmanship which may remain after the removal of GTA equipment, the following conditions must apply: (a) GTA shall not be held liable for any damage, such as holes, in walls, ceilings, floors, or any other locations necessary to provide Services; (b) GTA and/or our agents are not permitted to move furniture or appliances.
Customer Premises. The Interconnection Facilities are located on premises owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by the Customer.
Customer Premises. 7.1 The Customer grants the Supplier and the Supplier Personnel a licence to enter and remain on the Customer’s premises solely to the extent necessary to perform the Services, provided that such licence shall not be considered a right to occupy the Customer’s premises.

If necessary for AOL to provide the Transit Services, the applicable TW Company shall allow AOL access to the Customer Premises to the extent determined by AOL for the installation, inspection and scheduled or emergency maintenance of Transit Facilities relating to the Transit Service. The applicable TW Company will be responsible for providing and maintaining, at its own expense, the level of power, heating and air conditioning necessary to maintain the proper environment for the Transit Facilities on the Customer Premises. In the event the applicable TW Company fails to do so, such TW Company shall reimburse AOL for the actual and reasonable cost of repairing or replacing any Transit Facilities damaged or destroyed as a result of such TW Company’s failure. The applicable TW Company will provide a safe place to work and comply with all laws and regulations regarding working conditions on the Customer Premises.
Customer Premises. Wherever possible, the Professional Services will be performed remotely, such as project management, preparation for onsite events, and conversion services. Vertafore’s personnel may perform certain Professional Services at Customer’s premises from time to time as mutually agreed to by Vertafore and Customer. In such instances, Customer agrees to provide working space and facilities and any other services and materials Vertafore or its personnel may reasonably request in order to perform such Professional Services, and to take reasonable precautions to prevent injury to persons or property, and Vertafore agrees to follow any and all reasonable safety and on-premise policies of Customer so long as such policies are communicated to the Vertafore personnel in a timely fashion.
