Customer Requirements Form definition

Customer Requirements Form means the form that sets out the requirements for the Service agreed between the both of us.
Customer Requirements Form means the document that captures your requirements on which the Agreement is based.
Customer Requirements Form or “CFR” means a BT form that sets out specific requirements for the Service as agreed between the Customer and BT which forms part of the Order. It also includes the data as captured and used as part of the bulk load capability and the data captured in Solutions Builder.

  • In order to apply the Customer must have submitted a completed Customer Requirements Form to KCOM requesting the SLA facility and have provided any necessary account details and information required in order to allow KCOM to set-up the SLA.

More Definitions of Customer Requirements Form

Customer Requirements Form means the form detailing the Customer’s specific requirements provided by VMUK to the Customer as part of the Purchase Order. For the avoidance of doubt the Customer Requirements Form shall form part of the Agreement between the Customer and VMUK.
Customer Requirements Form means the One Education form that sets out the requirements for the Service agreed between the Customer and One Education. Group Company means a subsidiary or holding company including a holding company, or a subsidiary of any such holding company, all as defined by Part 38 of the Companies Act 2006. Intellectual Property Right(s) means any patent, xxxxx patent, copyright, database right, design right, community design right, semiconductor topography right, registered design, rights in confidential information and know-how, or any similar right in any part of the world and will include any applications for the registration of any such rights capable of registration in any part of the world. Minimum Period means the intended minimum period over which the Service will be provided as stated in the Service Schedule, or the order/registration form, and measured from the Service Start Date. Service means the service or part of the service specified in the Service Schedule. Service Level means the standard of Service set out in the Service Schedule.
Customer Requirements Form means the BT Managed DNS Service customer requirements form which identifies the Customer’s contact details, service options and detailed service description.
Customer Requirements Form means the form provided by BT to the Supplier which the Business Partner will use to record the interest of a Customer in the Services; “IPSS” means the Indirect Partner Sales Service centre to which the Supplier is required to send the Customer Requirements Forms, following receipt from the Business Partner;
Customer Requirements Form means the form supplied to the Customer by VMUK along with the Purchase Order and filled out by the Customer; “Disconnection Fee” means a fee for disconnection calculated in accordance with the provisions of Clause 5.3; belong to VMUK. VMUK does not give any warranty or representation as to Network availability. VMUK does not guarantee that coverage is available from any particular Network Service Provider in any given area. The availability or otherwise of any particular Network does not affect the liability of the Customer to VMUK under these Terms and Conditions.
Customer Requirements Form means the form that sets out the requirements for the Service agreed between the both of us. “Customer Security Policy” or “CSP” means the rules that are set and owned by you, that dictate the operation of the Service. “DAP” means Delivered at Place as defined in Incoterms® 2010.
Customer Requirements Form or “CRF” means the Customer Requirements Form, which details the Customer's requirements for the Service.
