Delivered at Place definition

Delivered at Place means that the seller delivers when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer on the arriving means of transport ready for unloading at the named place of destination. The seller bears all risks involved in bringing the goods to the named place.
Delivered at Place. DAP" – shall mean the terms of delivery for the R350HT Rails at ISR's Site, according to "INCOTERMS 2010" - International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms (ICC Pub. No. 715), subject to the Delivery Terms;
Delivered at Place means that the seller must contract for carriage, or arrange for carriage using its own means of transportation, and that it must deliver the goods by placing them at the disposal of the buyer on the arriving means of transport ready for unloading at the named place of destination. More Definitions of Delivered at Place
