CVG Notes definition

CVG Notes means the unsecured notes in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $85,000,000 to be issued by the Borrower to the trustee under the Trust Indenture dated as of February 1, 1992 between Kenton County Airport Board and UMB Bank N.A., as trustee (the “CVG Bond Indenture”), on behalf of the holders of bonds issued under the CVG Bond Indenture in accordance with the Plan of Reorganization and the CVG Settlement Agreement referred to therein.

  • Public Notes means the Notes that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the securities laws of any other jurisdiction. As of the Closing Date, the Public Notes include the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes, other than any Notes held by the Depositor (or any other entity whose separate existence from the Trust is disregarded for federal income tax purposes).
