Cyber Essentials Scheme Plus Certificate definition

Cyber Essentials Scheme Plus Certificate means the certification awarded on the basis of external testing by an independent certification body of the Suppliers cyber security approach under the Cyber Essentials Scheme and is a more advanced level of assurance;
Cyber Essentials Scheme Plus Certificate means the Cyber Essentials Scheme developed by the Government which provides a clear statement of the basic controls all organisations should implement to mitigate the risk from common internet based threats. Examples of Cyber Essentials Scheme Plus Certificate in a sentence

  • Where the Authority has notified the Supplier that the award of this Panel Agreement is conditional upon receipt of a valid Cyber Essentials Scheme Plus Certificate or equivalent, then on or prior to the execution of the Panel Agreement, as a condition for the award of this Panel Agreement, the Supplier must have delivered to the Authority evidence of the same.

  • Where stated in the Project Contract, the Supplier Alliance Member shall ensure that its Supply Chain has a Cyber Essentials Scheme Certificate or Cyber Essentials Scheme Plus Certificate.

  • Where the Supplier continues to Process Cyber Essentials Scheme Data during the Term or the period of the Contract the Supplier shall deliver to the University evidence of renewal of a valid Cyber Essentials Scheme Plus Certificate or Cyber Essential Scheme Plus certificate equivalent on each anniversary of the first applicable certificate obtained by the Supplier under Clause22 (Cyber Essentials Scheme Condition).
