CyberHeart Field definition

CyberHeart Field means any and all non-tumor applications involving or relating to the heart, the coronary arteries (including without limitation the epicardial coronary arteries), the cardiac veins, the structure or function of any of the foregoing, or related conditions, including without limitation all diseases and conditions of the conduction system, the coronary, arterial and/or venous systems, heart valves or xxxxxxxx, wall anomalies affection, ejection fraction and/or conduction, but excluding arterio venous malformations outside the heart and not within 2cm of the heart wall.
CyberHeart Field means any and all non-tumor applications involving or relating to the heart, the coronary arteries (including without limitation the epicardial coronary arteries), the cardiac veins, the structure or function of any of the foregoing, or related conditions, including without limitation all diseases and conditions of the conduction system, the coronary, arterial and/or venous systems, heart valves or chambers, wall anomalies affection, ejection fraction and/or conduction, but excluding arterio venous malformations outside the heart and not within 2cm of the heart wall.

Examples of CyberHeart Field in a sentence

  • The license granted in Section 2.1 includes the right for Licensee, without Licensor’s consent, to grant and authorize sublicenses to any Affiliate of Licensee and to customers and final end-users to use only (but no other right other than use) the Licensed Products solely in the CyberHeart Field, on commercially reasonable terms.

  • The term “Competing System” is defined, for purposes of this Agreement, as a product in the CyberHeart Field that interfaces with a third party radiation platform.

  • Unless Accuray and CyberHeart otherwise agree, any amount recovered in any such suit or action, whether by judgment or settlement, shall be paid to and retained by Accuray, unless the Third-Party Infringement was in the CyberHeart Field.

  • For Third-Party Infringements in the CyberHeart Field, Accuray shall be reimbursed out of Accuray’s own recovery Accuray’s reasonable expenses (including without limitation attorney’s fees) and for any payments made to CyberHeart for any reasonable expenses incurred by CyberHeart in providing any assistance and cooperation requested by and provided to Accuray in connection with such suit or action.

  • In such event, CyberHeart, at its sole expense, shall have the right to assume the prosecution of any such Patent application and may continue to pay to maintain such issued Patent, in each case, that is within the Accuray Patents and relates to the CyberHeart Field or any CyberHeart Product.

  • CyberHeart agrees to work primarily to develop a commercially-ready CyberHeart Product for use with the CyberKnife System in the CyberHeart Field, and to file an application for Regulatory Approval of such commercially-ready CyberHeart Product; provided, however, that Accuray provides commercially reasonable support that CyberHeart may require in support of such development (as set forth in Article 3 and Section 4.2.1) and filing (as set forth in Section 4.3).

  • This Section 10.2.3.2 shall not give Accuray the right to enforce any CyberHeart Patent against any Third-Party Infringement in the CyberHeart Field.

  • According to the single incident reports, data was gathered at least between year 1997 and the end of year 2006.

Related to CyberHeart Field

  • Licensed Field of Use means all fields.

  • Licensed Field means [***].

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • Light field means that area of the intersection of the light beam from the beam-limiting device and one of the set of planes parallel to and including the plane of the image receptor, whose perimeter is the locus of points at which the illumination is one-fourth of the maximum in the intersection.

  • Product Technology means the Product Know-How and Product Patents.

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.

  • Licensed System means, collectively:

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, know-how, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith that are owned or controlled by Licensor, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno-associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, and Non-Patent Rights Controlled by Licensor or its Affiliates embodied in Licensor Know-How or Licensor Materials.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • X-ray field means that area of the intersection of the useful beam and any one of the set of planes parallel to and including the plane of the image receptor, whose perimeter is the locus of points at which the exposure rate is one-fourth of the maximum in the intersection.

  • Licensed producer means an agent, broker, or reinsurance intermediary licensed pursuant to the applicable provision of the insurance law of any jurisdiction.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Third Party Technology means all Intellectual Property and products owned by third parties and licensed pursuant to Third Party Licenses.

  • Commercialized shall have corresponding meanings.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).

  • Commercializing means to engage in Commercialization and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.
