D Shares definition

D Shares means the shares to be issued by the Company for the purposes of funding the Distribution System of the Company;
D Shares means ‘D’ ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the capital of the Company;
D Shares means Series D Shares, without par value, of the Issuer. As of the date hereof, D-Shares are divided into subseries D-B Shares and D-L Shares.

Examples of D Shares in a sentence

  • All classes of shares have identical voting, dividend, liquidation and other rights and the same terms and conditions, except that Class B, Class C and Class D Shares bear certain expenses related to the account maintenance of such shares, and Class B and Class C Shares also bear certain expenses related to the distribution of such shares.

  • All Class D Shares shall be of equal rank and shall be identical, except in respect of the matters that may be fixed by the Board of Directors as hereinafter provided, and each share of a series shall be identical with all other shares of such series, except as to the dates from which dividends shall accrue and be cumulative.

D Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.
D Shares means the unissued D Shares in the Company, the rights of which are as set out in the Articles and which will be as set out in the New Articles, which as at the date of this document are owned by the Company (having been repurchased);
