Examples of L Shares in a sentence
No preliminary charge will be levied with respect to Class I Shares and Class L Shares.
Class L Shares (“Class L Shares”): The minimum initial lump sum investment for Class L Shares is £50,000,000 per investor; the minimum additional lump sum investment is£10,000,000 per investor.
The Series L Shares is not entitled to any preemptive or subscription rights in respect of any securities of the Corporation.
The Fund shall offer from time to time, at the discretion of the Board, up to eight classes of shares: Class A Shares, Class B Shares, Class C Shares, Class L Shares, Class Z Shares, Investor Class Shares, Advisor Class Shares, and Institutional Class Shares.
Class L Shares shall be sold subject to a front-end sales charge, without scheduled variations in the level of the sales charge; an annual fee paid pursuant to Rule 12b-1; and a contingent deferred sales charge.
In addition, Class A Shares, Class B Shares, Class C Shares, Class L Shares, Class Z Shares, Investor Class Shares, Advisor Class Shares and Institutional Class Shares of the Fund shall have the features described in Sections 3, 4, and 5 below.
The Portfolio contains two classes of Shares: the Class I Shares and the Class L Shares.

The Annual Management Charge will be comprised of the fees payable to the ACD and the Investment Manager and will be fixed at a rate of 1.05% of the NAV for Class A Shares, 0.60% of the NAV for Class I Shares and 0.35% of the NAV for Class L Shares.
The Series L Shares shall, with respect to dividend rights and rights upon liquidation, dissolution and winding up, rank prior to the Common Stock.
