No preliminary charge will be levied with respect to Class I Shares and Class L Shares.
Investors purchasing Class A Shares may be charged a sales load of up to 3.00% of the Investor’s net purchase, and Investors purchasing Class L Shares may be charged a sales load of up to 3.50% of the Investor’s net purchase.

Minimum redemption:Part of a Shareholder’s holding may be redeemed but the ACD reserves the right to refuse a redemption request if the value of the Shares of any Fund to be redeemed is: less than £500 (or other currency equivalent) in respect of Class 1 Shares, Class D and Class M Shares; less than £25,000 (or other currency equivalent) in respect of Class 2 Shares, Class L Shares and Class X Shares; less than £500,000 (or other currency equivalent) in respect of Class N Shares and Class Z Shares.
