L Shares definition

L Shares shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
L Shares means the Series L shares, no par value, of the Company.
L Shares means Series L Shares, without par value, of the Issuer.

  • No preliminary charge will be levied with respect to Class I Shares and Class L Shares.

  • Minimum redemption:Part of a Shareholder’s holding may be redeemed but the ACD reserves the right to refuse a redemption request if the value of the Shares of any Fund to be redeemed is:  less than £500 (or other currency equivalent) in respect of Class 1 Shares, Class D and Class M Shares;  less than £25,000 (or other currency equivalent) in respect of Class 2 Shares, Class L Shares and Class X Shares;  less than £500,000 (or other currency equivalent) in respect of Class N Shares and Class Z Shares.


More Definitions of L Shares

L Shares means the L Shares in the Company, the rights of which are set out in the Articles, and which will be as set out in the New Articles, which as at the date of this Agreement are owned by RBS;
L Shares means the Series L Shares of the Issuer that are validly issued, outstanding and fully paid, non-assessable and were not issued in violation of any preemptive rights; provided, however, that, if there shall occur any change in nominal or par value, a split-up or consolidation or any other reclassification or, upon the occurrence of an event described in Section 4.8, an exchange or conversion in respect of the L Shares of the Issuer, the term “L Shares” shall thereafter also mean the successor securities resulting from such change in nominal or par value, split-up or consolidation or such other reclassification or such exchange or conversion.

  • Newco Shares means the common shares in the capital of Newco;

  • Amalco Shares means common shares in the capital of Amalco;

  • Company Shares has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Coop Shares Shares issued by a Cooperative Corporation.

  • Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Company;

  • Parent Shares means the shares of common stock, par value $1.00 per share, of Parent.

  • A Shares means a participating share of no par value in the capital of the Fund, denominated in US Dollars;

  • Initial Shares means a number of Registrable Securities equal to the lesser of (i) the total number of Registrable Securities and (ii) one-third of the number of issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock that are held by non-affiliates of the Company on the day immediately prior to the filing date of the Initial Registration Statement.

  • Buyer Shares means the common stock, with a par value of $0.0001 per share, of Buyer.

  • Sold Shares shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.

  • Subco Shares means the common shares in the capital of Subco;

  • Shares means the interests of Shareholders corresponding to the redeemable securities of record issued by the Fund under the Investment Company Act of 1940 that are held by the Intermediary.

  • Subscribed Shares means, as of any date of determination, the Subscribed Shares (as defined in the recitals to this Subscription Agreement) and any other equity security issued or issuable with respect to the Subscribed Shares by way of stock split, dividend, distribution, recapitalization, merger, exchange, or replacement, and (ii) “Subscriber” shall include any person to which the rights under this Section 5 shall have been duly assigned.

  • Unit Shares means the Common Shares comprising part of the Units;

  • A Ordinary Shares means the A ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company;

  • Purchased Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • B Shares means a participating share of no par value in the capital of the Fund, denominated in Euro(s);

  • sweat equity shares means equity shares issued by a company to its employees or directors at a discount or for consideration other than cash for providing know-how or making available rights in the nature of intellectual property rights or value additions, by whatever name called;

  • Converted Shares means the Subject Equity Shares resulting from the conversion of Restricted Voting Shares into the Subject Equity Shares pursuant to subparagraph (ii);

  • Purchased Stock means a right to purchase Common Stock granted pursuant to Article IV of the Plan.

  • Company Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(b)(ii).
