Daily Adjustment definition

Daily Adjustment for any given Trading Day shall equal a fraction:
Daily Adjustment means, for a class of Energy Securities i on Trading Day t, A(i,t) calculated in accordance with Condition 5;
Daily Adjustment has the meaning specified in Section 12.9.
