Daily Receipt Quantity definition

Daily Receipt Quantity means, relative to a Receipt Point for any day, the maximum volume of gas that Company, subject to the provisions of this Gas Transportation Tariff, is obligated to accept from Shipper and that Shipper may deliver to Company at such Receipt Point for transportation through Company’s transportation system, and shall be expressed in cubic metres per day, at the gross heating value of the gas at such Receipt Point.
Daily Receipt Quantity means the Quantity of Gas CLNG actually delivered during a Day at the Receipt Point for Buyer's account during a Day pursuant to Article IV (including any Quantity of Gas CLNG delivers to the Receipt Point during such Day allowing Buyer to make-up an imbalance pursuant to Section 7.3), and less any Banked Quantity arising from a Peak Period Release elected by Seller during such Day pursuant to Section 5.1.

Examples of Daily Receipt Quantity in a sentence

  • Transporter shall not be obligated on any Day to accept gas in excess of the lesser of (i) Shipper's Transportation Demand plus Retainage, or (ii) Shipper's Scheduled Daily Receipt Quantity.

  • Shipper's Nominated Daily Delivery Quantity and Nominated Daily Receipt Quantity collectively are referred to as Shipper's "nominations".

  • Transporter shall not be obligated on any Day to accept gas in excess of the lesser of: (i) Shipper's Scheduled Daily Receipt Quantity; or (ii) Shipper's Transportation Demand plus Retainage.

  • Transporter shall not be obligated on any Day to accept gas in excess of the lesser of (i) Shipper's Transportation Quantity plus Retainage, or (ii) Shipper's Scheduled Daily Receipt Quantity.

  • All references to Maximum Daily Receipt Quantity changed to reflect Maximum Daily Delivery Quantity as a result of converting contracts to a delivery basis.

  • Transporter shall not be obligated on any Day to accept gas in excess of the lesser of: (i) Shipper's Scheduled Daily Receipt Quantity; or (ii) Shipper's Transportation Quantity plus Retainage.

  • Subject to the limitations set forth below, Transporter (i) shall receive scheduled quantities from or on behalf of Shipper and shall deliver thermally equivalent scheduled quantities, less Retainage, to or for Shipper, and (ii) shall provide a gas supply quantity pursuant to which Shipper may, subject to the limitations and conditions set forth below, nominate Scheduled Daily Delivery Quantities in excess of its Scheduled Daily Receipt Quantity.

  • Retainage shall be included in the Nominated Daily Receipt Quantity, and will be calculated using the following formula: (1 - fuel %/100) x receipt quantity rounded to the nearest Dth = delivered quantity.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.
