The Licensee shall submit to the Board for approval within one (1) year of issuance of this License, an Interim Abandonment and Restoration Plan in accordance with the Board’s ''Guidelines for Mines in the Northwest Territories,” September 1980, or subsequent edition and the Dam Safety Guidelines.
