Dam Safety Review Panel definition

Dam Safety Review Panel means the Dam Safety Review Panel established and to be maintained by NTPC pursuant to clause 29 of the Concession Agreement.

Dam Safety Review Panel means the panel of experts in dam safety referred to in Section 3.10 (f) of this Agreement;
